About Podlike
At Podlike, we’re all about creating scroll-stopping, studio-quality podcasts that don’t just sound good - they look good too. We work with a wide range of clients, from influencers and entrepreneurs to thought leaders and creatives, helping them produce polished, professional, and personality-driven podcast content every week.
We're proud of the work we do, and we’ve built a reputation for quality, reliability, and being genuinely great to work with (yes, even on deadline day).
The Role
We’re looking for a talented and reliable Video Editor to join our remote team on a freelance basis. You’ll be responsible for editing podcast video episodes (and occasionally clips and promos), maintaining consistency in quality and branding, and ensuring episodes are delivered on time - every time.
You’ll be working closely with our lead editor and producers, collaborating in a fast-paced but supportive environment. We value good communication, initiative, and a healthy respect for deadlines.
You’ll need to:
Be highly proficient in Final Cut Pro X
Have solid experience using Logic Pro X (for syncing audio/video and light audio tweaks)
Have an eye for clean composition, timing, and visual storytelling
Be comfortable working with 4K multicam footage and proxy workflows
Take feedback constructively and be open to client revisions
Understand the weekly rhythm of podcast production and be reliable with turnaround times
Be a podcast fan - ideally someone who gets the medium and how it flows
Bonus points if you:
Have experience creating social media reels or short-form vertical content
Know your way around motion graphics, titling, or color grading
Are an organisational powerhouse who names files properly (you’d be surprised)
What We Offer
Flexible remote work
Friendly team environment with support when you need it
Consistent flow of work with high-quality projects
The chance to be part of a growing company making cool stuff with cool people
