Podcast Editing

Audio-only podcast editing

$2.75 per finished minute

Best for traditional podcast episodes, interviews, solo episodes, and audio-first shows.

Video podcast editing

$4.00 per finished minute

Best for filmed podcasts, YouTube episodes, Riverside recordings, multicam interviews, and video-first shows.

Minimum charge: 30 minutes per episode

Included with podcast editing

Every standard episode edit includes:

  • 4-business-day turnaround

  • One round of revisions

  • Audio clean-up

  • EQ and compression

  • Volume levelling

  • Intro and outro integration

  • Final export ready for upload

For video episodes, this also includes:

  • Camera/audio sync

  • Basic colour correction

  • Multicam switching where required

  • Basic visual clean-up and export formatting

Extras

  • Additional revisions: $40 each
    (Includes a 2-business-day turnaround where possible).

  • Express delivery: From $60 per episode
    (For 24-hour turnaround requests, subject to availability. Larger or more complex episodes may be quoted separately).

Social Media Content

Short-form content is a great way to repurpose your podcast into clips for Instagram, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, LinkedIn, and other social platforms.

Reels / Audiograms (up to 60 seconds each):

1 piece: $45

2 pieces: $80

3 pieces: $110

Additional pieces: $35 each

Includes captions, basic formatting, and light branding to suit your podcast style.

Supercuts (Up to 90 seconds each): $80

Best for highlight reels, topic summaries, guest moments, promotional clips, or launch content.

Selections are chosen to highlight the strongest moments from the episode, but you’re always welcome to share timestamps if there are specific sections you’d like included.

  • Intro / Outro Video Creation: From $150
    A polished branded intro or outro for your podcast, YouTube channel, or social content.

  • Episode Template Design: From $300
    Includes a branded intro/outro treatment, watermark, lower thirds, basic transitions, and reusable visual elements for future episodes.

  • Thumbnail Design: $35 each
    For YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, Spotify video, or podcast episode artwork.

  • Podcast Visual Branding Package: From $550
    A more complete visual package for new or refreshed podcasts. This can include thumbnail styling, lower thirds, branded video elements, social clip styling, colours, typography, and reusable templates.

Final pricing depends on the scope of the project.

  • Voiceover Recording: From $100
    Professional voiceover recording for intros, outros, ads, announcements, or podcast segments.

  • Background Music Selection & Licensing: From $75 per track
    Includes sourcing and selecting suitable background music for your project. Licensing fees may vary depending on the track and platform requirements.

  • Fully Produced Audio Intro / Outro Package: From $150
    Includes music integration, voiceover, audio polish, and a finished intro/outro ready to use across your podcast.

Show Notes & Timestamps

  • Show Notes: $85 per episode
    A polished 300-500 word episode summary, ideal for podcast platforms, websites, and email newsletters.

  • Timestamps: $35 per episode
    Includes 5-10 major highlights or chapter markers from the episode.

  • Show Notes & Timestamps Package: $110 per episode
    A bundled option for clients who want both a written episode summary and useful timestamps.

Transcriptions

  • Automated Transcript: $50 per episode
    An AI-generated transcript with light proofing and formatting.

  • Human-Checked Transcript: $110 per episode
    A carefully reviewed transcript for higher accuracy, readability, and professional use.

Custom Work

Some projects fall outside standard podcast editing and are quoted based on the time, complexity, and creative direction required.

  • Sourcing guest clips, b-roll, or licensed music: $80 per hour

  • Complex audio restoration or creative sound design: $80 per hour

  • Consultation calls: $80 per hour
