Podcast Services & Price List 2025-26
As we approach the new financial year, I wanted to share an update on Podlike’s service offerings and editing rates, effective from 1st July 2025. All prices are listed in AUD and include GST.
Podcast Editing
Our goal remains the same: to deliver high-quality, thoughtful editing with the same care and consistency you’ve come to expect.
Video episodes: $3.60 per finished minute
Audio-only episodes: $2.50 per finished minute
(Minimum charge: 30 minutes per episode)
Includes:
4-day turnaround
One round of revisions
Audio clean-up, EQ, compression, and intro/outro integration
Extras
Additional revisions: $33 each (2-day turnaround)
Express delivery (24-hour turnaround): $49.50 per episode

With the podcasting world evolving quickly, we’ve been refining our services to keep pace with what creators need most. This updated list formalises many of the specialised requests we've already been handling - like short-form video content, ad insertions, and fully produced intros/outros.
We’ve also added more support for content planning, strategy, and creative post-production polish. If there’s something you’re after that’s not listed, just reach out - I’m always happy to put together a custom quote or explore new ideas with you.

Reels/Audiograms (up to 60 seconds):
1 piece: $35
2 pieces: $60
3 pieces: $80
Additional pieces: $25 each
Supercuts (up to 90 seconds): $66 each
Please note: Reels & supercuts now include captions which can be customised to your branding. Our selections are optimised for maximum engagement, but feel free to share timestamps if there are specific sections you’d like to include.

Intro/Outro Video Creation: $132
Episode Template Design (Branded intro/outro, watermark, name tags (lower thirds), custom transitions: $250
Thumbnail Design (YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, etc.): $25 each

Voiceover recording: $88
Background music selection & licensing: $66 per track
Fully produced intro/outro package: $132

Show Notes & Timestamps
Show notes (300–500 words): $75 per episode
Timestamps (5–10 major highlights): $25 per episode
Show notes & timestamps package: $90 per episode
Transcriptions
Automated transcript (lightly proofed): $40 per episode
Human-checked transcript (high accuracy): $90 per episode
Out-of-Scope or Custom Work
Sourcing guest clips, b-roll, or licensed music: $60/hour
Complex audio restoration or creative sound design: $60/hour
Consultation calls (e.g. marketing, equipment advice): $60/hour
For most of you, particularly our newer clients, these updates will mean little or no change to your current rates. However, I understand that for some of our long-standing customers, these changes may be more significant.
